Gripwell 10" / 250mm Half Round Second Cut File. High Carbon steel hardened tempered with rust preventative finish as the file is dipped in rust preventative oil. Second Cut File teeth are coarser than a smooth cut but finer than a bastard cut. It acts as an intermediate between the two. Used for semi-finishing tasks, preparing a surface for final finishing or polishing. Size: 10-Inch / 250mm.
